Earth Day

It's Earth Day! Yes, it's time for that special yearly highlight that still somehow remain anonymous to most people around the world. But to some people, they see Earth Day as a chance for our planet to recuperate. And all of us should join these good Samaritans and lend a hand! Earth Day is a time where we MUST spread the awareness of environmental concerns that could result in mass destruction if it's left unattended. And I do, have to confess that me sitting in front of the computer typing this article out isn't helping Earth much. Actually I'm contributing to pollution and energy wastage as well. So, I'm gonna stop here and get my butt off the computer. The next thing on my checklist, GARDENING.

R/Post: There is a church in the Czech Republic called the Sedlec Ossuary, where 40000 to 70000 of human skeletons have been artistically used as decorations.

Childhood

Hello, people J Nelly here. The other day when I was just browsing the internet out of boredom, I came across something that really got me thinking. It was about our childhood movies and shows and even games that we used to watch and play and how we should ‘learn’ from them. But has this ever occurred to you?

Tarzan: Almost saw him naked.
Cinderella: Came home after midnight.
Pinocchio: Told lies.
Aladdin: A thief.
Batman: Drove over 200 miles an hour.
Snow White: Lived with 7 men.
Popeye: Had tattoos & smoked a pipe.
Shaggy & Scooby: Mystery solving hippies that always had the munchies.
Pac Man: Ran around to digital music while eating pills that enhanced his performance.

But whatever said, I had an AWESOME childhood :D So, till the next post, ROCK ON! ~Nelly

We’re Back :D

HEY! We’re back, as you read! Our exams are finally over & now we’re just waiting for the holidays. By the way, this is Nelly here. Anyway, previously, Allyx posted something about the Hunger Games & I have to say, YOU HAVE TO WATCH/READ IT TO THOSE WHO HAVEN’T! It’s amazing, seriously; especially the book. We’re in love with it :D Suzanne Collins has a knack to attract readers with her brilliant skills in writing. Praises to her :D And to those Twilight fans, we really don’t mean to offend you people; is just that Allyx doesn’t really like the Twilight Saga. I’m cool with it. I don’t hate it or dislike it, neither do I LOVE it. I just watch it for Carlisle & Alice :D Anyway, what I’m trying to say is that Hunger Games is a REALLY good novel. I know a lot of people who have a rather negative view on it but I think it’s brilliant. It’s not sooooo, super violent, it’s just the theme of it. And you people just have to be OPEN-MINDED instead of narrow. So please, don’t hate on the Hunger Games. In fact, don’t hate on anything. If you despise something, keep it to yourself than announcing it & reprimanding it to the whole world. We lovers have feelings you know. So I guess that’s about it. Till the VERY next post, ROCK ON!! ~Nelly
